2024 SUMMER DEALS CAMPAIGN

Summer Games Sale

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. These terms and conditions (“Summer Deals T&C”) govern 2024 G2A.COM Summer Deals Campaign (“Summer Deals”) hosted by G2A.COM and Sellers as defined in Marketplace’s terms and conditions (“Marketplace T&C”) which runs from June 13th to July 11th, 2024 (“Term”).

DISCOUNTS:

  1. Subject to these Summer Deals T&C, any Buyer may visit G2A.COM marketplace available at www.g2a.com (“Marketplace”) throughout the Term, use the code “G2ASUMMER” (“Discount Code”) at the checkout and enjoy a 25% or 50% discount for a lowest-price Item added to the shopping cart.
  2. Throughout the duration of the Term, any Buyer may redeem the Discount Code which entitles the Buyer to a discount in the value determined by the number of Items added to the shopping cart (subject to any exclusions specified in these Summer Deals T&C):
    1. For purchases of at least 2 (two) different Items, a Buyer is entitled to a 25% discount for the lowest-price Item added to the shopping cart.
    2. For purchases of at least 3 (three) different Items, a Buyer is entitled to a 50% discount for the lowest-price Item added to the shopping cart.
  3. The maximum value of a single Item eligible for the discount in Summer Deals cannot exceed 60 EUR.
  4. The Discount Code is applicable exclusively when the Buyer includes different eligible Items in the shopping cart. It will not be valid if the Buyer adds multiple quantities of a single Item.
  5. Users with G2A PLUS active subscription are eligible for a discount multiplied of 1.1 rounded up.
  6. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout when the Discount Code is entered.

ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

  1. The Discount Code is applicable for purchases of a limited category of products which encompasses “Video Gaming” along with DLCs (excluding Preorders, Currencies & Points) and “Software” only. All other product categories are ineligible for discount application.
  2. The Discount Code is limited to a single use per Buyer and only one discount code of any kind may be applied per transaction.
  3. This Discount Code cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, benefits under G2A PLUS or any other discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise herein.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

  1. Each User agrees to release and hold harmless G2A.COM, its parent, subsidiaries, agents, or any other business involved with the administration of this Summer Deals (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Summer Deals, or any breach of these terms.
  2. The Released Parties are not responsible if redeeming the Discount Code cannot take place due to technical reasons, is delayed, or cannot be redeemed due to interruptions or failures due to any events outside of the reasonable control of the Released Parties. If, for any reason, the Summer Deals is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties, which, in G2A.COM’s sole determination, affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this Summer Deals, G2A.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Summer Deals or any part thereof.
  3. Any misuse or abuse of the Discount Code, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system, will result in disqualification from the Summer Deals and possible legal action.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The number of uses for this Discount Code is limited and the Summer Deals may be terminated at any time at the discretion of G2A.COM and Sellers.
  2. Participating in Summer Deals and redeeming the Discount Code is contingent upon accepting these Summer Deals T&C and Marketplace T&C.
  3. Any difficulties or uncertainties encountered during the redemption of the Discount Code, or any questions related to the Summer Deals shall be directed and reported to the support department at support@g2a.com.
  4. All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Marketplace’s T&C (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference and any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Marketplace’s T&C. To the extent that these terms are inconsistent with the Marketplace’s T&C, these terms shall apply.
  5. G2A.COM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Summer Deals and Summer Deals T&C at any time and for the reasons specified in section 22.1 of the Marketplace’s T&C.
