1. WHEN:

G2A.COM Advent Calendar (“Promotion” or “Advent Calendar”) sponsored by G2A.COM runs from December 1st to December 24th, 2023 (“Term”). There will be twenty-four (24) daily entry periods within the Term.

2. HOW DOES IT WORK:

Visit G2A.COM marketplace available at G2A.COM (“Marketplace”) every day throughout the Term, click on today’s virtual door on the Advent Calendar to see what amazing Prize is hiding behind it. Each door will remain open for twenty-four (24) hours only and may not be opened before or after a date to which it was assigned to.

3. PRIZES:

Selection of prizes includes but is not limited to (i) discount codes valid with purchase of selected offers available on Marketplace (no retail value), (ii) special offers of G2A PLUS Subscription, and (iii) special, limited deals for goods or services, including digital content offered by Sellers on Marketplace (collectively “Prizes”). Each Prize is allocated to the relevant Advent Calendar’s door solely at G2A.COM’s discretion and is subject to first come first served basis. G2A.COM bears no responsibility in case the Prize runs out throughout the day.

Every Prize is valid for a limited time and will expire by the end of the day to which it was assigned. Prizes may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions and are void where prohibited. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of a Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted. All tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a Prize, if any, is solely the User’s responsibility.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

The Prize draw is open to all Users eligible to use the Marketplace under Terms and Conditions who are logged into their account while visiting the Marketplace via web-browser, however, there is no requirement to be logged in while using Marketplace’s mobile application. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to open a door of Advent Calendar.

5. INDEMNIFICATION:

Each User agrees to release and hold harmless G2A.COM, its parent, subsidiaries, agents, or any other business involved with the administration of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion, receipt or use or misuse of any Prize, or any breach of these terms. Claiming and using a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Released Parties are not responsible if any Prize was not claimed or used within the specified period of time, Prize is expired or out of stock, or the Promotion cannot take place, is delayed, or, or cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Released Parties. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties, which, in G2A.COM’s sole determination, affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, G2A.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or any part thereof.

G2A.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, computer or phone problem, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond G2A.COM’s control, prevent the administration or security of the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Promotion or related websites or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, G2A.COM reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference and any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions. To the extent that these terms are inconsistent with the Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions, these terms shall apply.
