The title is the fourth part in a series of games set in the epic universe of Star Wars, with origins in 1995 with the Star Wars: Dark Forces game. Story

Young Jaden travels to start his training at the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. The creator of this school is the famous Luke Skywalker, who cooperates with other Jedi to train young Padawans. On the way, the main character and his travel companion discover disturbing events of Dark Jedi performing their mysterious rituals. Soon, they make it to the Academy to learn with Kyle Katarn.

Gameplay

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is a fast-paced action set in famous places from the Star Wars series. During your adventure, you will travel through various locations like gigantic facilities, snow-covered wastelands, or deserts. The course will depend on the chosen quest, as in this game, players can partially decide on the path of their adventure.

Choose your race, gender, and appearance to create your ultimate Jedi hero. Construct your lightsaber (with single or double blades) and decide on the direction of your skill development. As a student of the Academy, you can progress on the light, dark, or neutral side of the force. You can also mix them as you like to create the dream skill combination. They will prove extremely valuable in combat and solving various puzzles, which can often turn quite challenging while unraveling the following plot chapters.

The gameplay core is spectacular combat with effective weapons like lightsabers, blasters, thermal detonators, or Wookie Bowcaster. Although players are Jedi Knights, they can use whatever weapons they desire. But lightsaber combat is still the most spectacular feature, providing an adrenaline-fueled experience. Each battle perfectly reflects the vibe of the classic fights from the movie series, allowing you to use both weapons and power simultaneously. An equally valuable segment of this title is the captivating story, which keeps in suspense until the last scene of the game.
