SPRING SALE CAMPAIGN

Spring Steam Games Sale

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. These terms and conditions (“Spring Sale T&C”) govern 2024 G2A.COM Spring Sale Campaign (“Spring Sale”) sponsored by G2A.COM which runs from March 22nd to April 14th, 2024 (“Term”).
  2. Visit G2A.COM marketplace available at www.g2a.com (“Marketplace”) throughout the Term, use the code “G2ASPRING” (“Discount Code”) at the checkout and enjoy a discount for a purchase.

DISCOUNTS:

  1. Throughout the duration of the Term, any User may redeem the Discount Code for a purchase on Marketplace which entitles the User to a discount in the value determined by the total value of the shopping cart (subject to any exclusions specified in these Spring Sale T&C):
    1. For purchases totaling up to and including EUR 25 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency), a User is entitled to a 10% discount;
    2. For purchases totaling EUR 25,01-50 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency), a User is entitled to a 15% discount;
    3. For purchases totaling EUR 50,01 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency) or more, a User is entitled to a 20% discount.
  2. Users with G2A PLUS active subscription are eligible for a discount value determined accordingly:
    1. For purchases totaling up to and including EUR 25 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency), a User is entitled to a 11% discount;
    2. For purchases totaling EUR 25,01-50 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency), a User is entitled to a 17% discount;
    3. For purchases totaling EUR 50,01 (or its equivalent value in any alternative currency) or more, a User is entitled to a 22% discount.
  3. The Discount Code is limited to a single use per User and only one discount code of any kind may be applied per transaction.
  4. The total value of the products added to the cart is calculated based on the product's regular price. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout when the respective Discount Code is entered.

ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

  1. To activate the Discount Code, a User must add at least two (2) Items to the shopping cart.
  2. The Discount Code is applicable for purchases of a limited category of products which encompasses “Video Gaming” along with DLCs and Preorders (excluding Currencies & Points) and “Software” only. All other product categories are ineligible for discount application, however, their inclusion in the shopping cart contributes to the determination of total shopping cart value for discount bracket calculations.
  3. The Discount Code is applicable only for Items valued up to and including EUR 50. All Items valued EUR 50,01 and more are ineligible for discount application, however, their inclusion in the shopping cart contributes to the determination of total shopping cart value for discount bracket calculations.
  4. This Spring Sale and Discount Code cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, benefits under G2A PLUS or any other discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise herein.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

  1. Each User agrees to release and hold harmless G2A.COM, its parent, subsidiaries, agents, or any other business involved with the administration of this Spring Sale (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Spring Sale, or any breach of these terms.
  2. The Released Parties are not responsible if redeeming the Discount Code cannot take place due to technical reasons, is delayed, or, or cannot be redeemed due to interruptions or failures due to any events outside of the reasonable control of the Released Parties. If, for any reason, the Spring Sale is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties, which, in G2A.COM’s sole determination, affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this Spring Sale, G2A.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Spring Sale or any part thereof.
  3. Any misuse or abuse of the Discount Code, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system, will result in disqualification from the Spring Sale and possible legal action.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participating in Spring Sale and redeeming the Discount Code is contingent upon accepting these Spring Sale T&C and Terms and Conditions of the Marketplace.
  2. Any difficulties or uncertainties encountered during the redemption of the Discount Code, or any questions related to the Spring Sale shall be directed and reported to the support department at support@g2a.com
  3. All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference and any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions. To the extent that these terms are inconsistent with the Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions, these terms shall apply.
  4. G2A.COM reserves the right to modify or terminate the Spring Sale and Spring Sale T&C at any time and for the reasons specified in section 22.1 of the Marketplace’s Terms and Conditions.
