Prison break in the co-op fashion coming early spring.
Electronic Arts has announced during yesterday’s The Game Awards that it’s co-operative prison escape game, A Way Out, is coming March next year. There’s a trailer, too:
The publisher also stated that the game will have a “friends pass free trial”, which means that the co-op portion of the game can be played with someone who doesn’t actually own the game.
Writer and director Josef Fares comments:
“The two main characters, Leo, who is cocky and quick to use force, and Vincent, who is controlled and calm, each come with their own history that players will discover as they play. The story is a genre-transcending narrative that’s meant to be played with someone you know.”
