Watch 16 minutes of gameplay from Middle-earth: Shadow of War

The reveal gameplay introduces us to some of the new and refreshed mechanics.

Below you will find an official gameplay from Middle-earth: Shadow of War, a recently announced sequel to Shadow of Mordor. The game is set to release on August 25th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players that decide to buy it digitally on Windows 10 or XO will be able to play on both platforms thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere with the addition of Project Scorpio when the platform debuts.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War expands the idea of the Nemesis system introduced in the original game. Uruk hierarchy is back, with randomly generated armies for each playthrough. This time you will be able to gather ork allies with additional features (like interventions in boss fight) being explored.
