Prepare yourself for ten minutes of talking about the process of going from concept art to full implementation.
RiME is now a much different game in comparison to what was originally expected. There are no survival elements and the whole gameplay is less about a true open world and more about the player solving environmental puzzles as the story progresses.
The developer diary embedded below is the third one in the series that aims to show how the current state of the title was achieved. You will learn more about level design, including how the sound influences the gameplay. As a reminder, RiME is set to release May 26th on PC, PS4 and XO, with Nintendo Switch version coming later this year.
