Rocket League developers have produced a blog post in which they can rightfully boast that the player count in their game has reached 34 million. It was also mentioned that the game reached a massive 1.6 million daily active players.
Psyonix, the company behind the game, also revealed that their title is heading to Nintendo Switch. This will potentially bolster the numbers even further especially if we take into account the fact that cross play between Xbox and PlayStation will be available.
The devs are also pushing for a safe community stating that one of the reasons for their success is the care for its players and lack of abuse. There will be new channels you can use to report if you encounter something offensive.
