The Witcher-themed card game is now much friendlier for people good at playing but worse at winning.

It’s a season of major updates, I think. Right on the way there’s patch for Gwent which includes player progression changes. A lot of interface changes were implemented. It’s a result of various tweaks in user experience and gameplay.

Daily rewards are now round-based, not a result of winning whole matches. Six rounds won are needed instead of three match wins. Level rewards are added and will be given retrospectively to players on all levels from 2-100 range (that’s a level cap).

There’s also ranked play available for people on level 10 and above. It’s worth mentioning that any account above level 10 has been reset to level 10. You can watch the video detailing those changes:
