The E3 is just around the corner and apparently Starbreeze is trying to distract us with freebies.
You’ve read it properly. In a surprising turn of events, Starbreeze, the company behind the Payday IP, which they have bought in 2016, announced that you can get the game on Steam for free. If you are one of the first 5 million players, that is.
All you have to do is log into Steam and press the Install Now button on the game’s page. Payday 2 is all about you and your buddies joining in on some co-op fun of breaking into banks, smuggling, rigging elections and other mischievous operations that involve banging on doors and fighting the police until a time bar completes.
