Nioh will receive three story expansions with a Season Pass

As we are getting closer to the February release it’s worth knowing what you can pay additionally for.

It is now confirmed by the developers that Nioh received “gold” status – it means that the game is finished and ready for both digital and retail releases. No word on any Day 1 Patch, if you are wondering.

What is confirmed, is Season Pass for Nioh, which will include “three new downloadable story chapters – each with new enemies and quests – which you can access as soon as they’re available”. Here are the official description:

• Dragon of the North – Venture deep into Japan’s embattled Northern provinces
• Defiant Honor – Fight in the bloody Winter Campaign of the Siege of Osaka
• Bloodshed’s End – Bring the Siege of Osaka to an end during the Summer Campaign

Nioh is being developed by Team Ninja and will be released on February 7th for PlayStation 4.
