There’s a higher level cap and a 60 FPS mode for the more powerful version of PlayStation 4.

In a surprising turn of events, we are informing about patch 1.05 for Final Fantasy XV. The biggest feature of this release is an addition of PlayStation 4 Pro Lite Mode. It should allow the game to work “with a maximum of 60FPS”, with wording suggesting that’s not a locked framerate.

New limited-time contests and hunts are also introduced, with a maximum of 120 levels for you to get thanks to an increased level cap. Your virtual camera roll can now store up to 200 photos and you can use a portable music player while riding chocobos.

As always, remember that after the update your save files won’t work with older versions of the game.
