Meet the Skirmisher from XCOM 2’s expansion

The next faction we’ll be able to join is introduced in the newest video released by Firaxis Games.

While the grappling hook was available in the original XCOM 2, the faction that is being added with the War of the Chosen expansion takes it to a new level. Just check the latest video from Firaxis Games to get the idea:

As you see, the expansion utilizes both existing mechanics and some new tricks to introduce yet another faction, the Skirmishers. They are very mobile units with additional counter attacks that work perfectly when surprising enemies.

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen will release on August 29th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
