There’s some new content added for people still playing the latest series’ entry.
If you are into collecting new cards in Gears of War 4, you’ll surely appreciate The RAAM Emergence Pack. As it’s easy to see, the infamous general is available here, with Kantus and Savage Kantus random drops. There are also RAAM and Corpser-themed weapon skins. Each Pack costs 2000 Credits / $4.99 USD.
To accompany that update, Mega Packs are introduced. Instead of buying two Gear Packs of five cards each, you can buy a single Mega Pack that will grant you ten cards and a bonus one. There are other benefits of this change as listed below (full notes on game’s blog):
- A guaranteed Character from the Pack Collection (in this case, the RAAM Emergence Collection)
- A chance of finding up to three Characters from the collection in one Mega Pack
- Less chance for duplicate weapons or characters compared to opening two individual Gear Packs
- A bonus RAAM Emergence Weapon Skin card or early access to Bernie Mataki on top of the 10 Cards you find in the Mega Pack
