PlayStation 4 players will get their update next week.
Fallout 4 will receive Update 1.9 sometime next week. The main feature of this patch is an official support for PlayStation 4 Pro. It will include:
- Native 1440p resolution
- Enhanced draw distance for trees, grass, objects and NPCs
- Enhanced Godray effects
Meanwhile, PC players will be able to download the Official High Resolution Texture Pack (available next week as well). But hold your horses! You will need 58 GB of additional disc space available to download those textures. Your rig should meet the recommended config or exceed it:
- Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
- Intel Core i7-5820K or better
- GTX 1080 8GB
- 8GB+ RAM
