The Surge is set to release on May 16th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and while we had a chance to share hefty pieces of gameplay, today we have something more. It’s a Behind the Scenes video with some new glimpses at the game:

Except for the science-fiction setting, the combat includes a rather interesting system based on the physics and the parts of enemy that you are currently attacking. You’ll get different effects when trying to quickly defeat an opponent or slowly working to get his gear.
