3 million PlayStation 4 consoles were sold last month

With over 53.4 million units now sold PS4 is ruling the market.

Last month, on December 6th, Sony informed about 50 million PS4s already sold. Now the global sales exceeded 53.4 millions as confirmed by Sony’s CEO Kazuo Hirai during keynote on CES 2017.

The other interesting news is that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has reached 8.7 million total copies sold worldwide. Both digital and retail copies are accounted with first 2.7 units being sold in the first week after game’s release.

Unfortunately, there was no info about sales for PlayStation 4 Pro or PlayStation VR. Maybe we will hear more later this year during E3 2017.
