Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord is a 3D remake of the cult RPG game Wizardry from 1981. In this title, you create a team of six adventurers tasked with finding the lost amulet of the ruler Trebor — supposed to grant them fame and wealth. The precious amulet was stolen by the evil wizard Werdna and hidden in the depths of the labyrinth.

Getting it back won’t be easy – you’ll be hindered by numerous enemies and hidden traps. Fighting opponents takes place in a turn-based system and is not the easiest — your team members definitely will die. But don’t worry, frequent returns to the surface will be an opportunity to change tactics and level up your characters.

The game has been improved to a version with modern graphics, although for lovers of the old-school style, it is possible to change the interface to the original one, from 1981.
