Playstation 5 Account Activation

1. Log in using the account details you received after completing your purchase.

2. Next step is to navigate to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console > Sharing and Offline Play > Enable

3. Add the purchased account to your console and set it as a primary one. Purchased account has to be added as a user, not as a one-time guest

4. Change the credentials to make the account your own.

5. Once the account is added to your console (as a primary one), download the game and switch back to the account you would like to play from. This way your progress will be saved on the account you are using.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The account should be used as a way of accessing the game/content you are interested in. It is not recommended to use it as your main account, as you might have issues with making purchases on it.

• Do not delete the account, doing so will result in a locked game and you won’t be able to play it anymore.

• Do not deactivate the account, doing so will result in a locked game and you won’t be able to play it anymore.

• Changing the PS5, formatting the PS5 or changing the HDD of the PS5 will lead to an unplayable game, sometimes this can be fixed, so you can download the game again, but you are doing this at your own risk. If this happens please come on Live Chat and we will check the account.

• The account can be activated ONLY ON ONE PS5. We are not responsible if you already activated it on another PS5 before.

• Before you purchase any DLC, Season Pass, or any kind of In-Game consumables please contact us. We are not responsible for any incompatibilities.

• If the account has to be replaced, any DLC purchased on it will be lost, we only offer warranty for the game.

3. Add the purchased account to your console and set it as a primary one. Purchased account has to be added as a user, not as a one-time guest

PSN Plus Account Activation

1. After completing your purchase, you should recive a link that will guide you to a site containing your account details.

2. A brand new account with an activated subscription will be provided to you once the merchant processes your order.

3. Using the provided information log into your new account.

4. The final step is to make sure to change the e-mail and password of your new account to your own.
