RL9 MAY 2024 CAMPAIGN

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. These terms and conditions (RL9 May 2024 Campaign T&C) govern the May 2024 discount code campaign (RL9 May 2024 Campaign) hosted by G2A.COM and Sellers (as defined in Marketplace’s terms and conditions (Marketplace T&C) which runs from 22 May 2024, 9:00 CET to 25 May 2024, 9:00 CET(Term).

DISCOUNT:

2. Subject to these RL9 May 2024 Campaign T&C, any Buyer may visit G2A.COM marketplace available at www.g2a.com (“Marketplace”) throughout the Term, use the code “RL9&G2A” (“Discount Code”) at the checkout and enjoy a 15% discount for a purchase.

ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

3. The Discount Code is limited to a single use per Buyer and only one discount code of any kind may be applied per transaction. This RL9 May 2024 Campaign and associated Discount Code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, benefit under G2A PLUS or any other discount unless explicitly stated otherwise herein
4. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout when the respective Discount Code is entered
5. The Discount Code is applicable for purchases of a limited category of products which encompasses “Video Gaming” along with DLCs and Preorders (excluding Currencies & Points) and “Software” only. All other product categories are ineligible for discount application.
6. The Discount Code is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

7. Each Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless G2A.COM, its parent, subsidiaries, agents, or any other parties involved with the administration of this RL9 May 2024 Campaign (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the RL9 May 2024 Campaign, or any breach of these terms.
8. The Released Parties are not responsible if redeeming the Discount Code cannot take place due to technical reasons, is delayed, or, or cannot be redeemed due to interruptions or failures due to any events outside of the reasonable control of the Released Parties. If, for any reason, the RL9 May 2024 Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties, which, in G2A.COM’s sole determination, affects the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this RL9 May 2024 Campaign, G2A.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the RL9 May 2024 Campaign or any part thereof.
9. Any misuse or abuse of the Discount Code, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system, will result in disqualification from the RL9 May 2024 Campaign and possible legal action.

FINAL PROVISIONS

10. Participating in RL9 May 2024 Campaign and redeeming the associated Discount Code is contingent upon accepting these RL9 May 2024 Campaign T&C and Marketplace T&C.
11. Any difficulties or uncertainties encountered during the redemption of the Discount Code, or any questions related to the RL9 May 2024 Campaign shall be directed and reported to the support department at support@g2a.com
12. All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Marketplace T&C (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference and any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Marketplace T&C. To the extent that these terms are inconsistent with the Marketplace T&C, these terms shall apply.
13. G2A.COM reserves the right to modify or terminate the RL9 May 2024 Campaign and RL9 May 2024 Campaign T&C at any time and for the reasons specified in section 22.1 of the Marketplace T&C.
